1. Applicability.

1.2 The provisions in these conditions can only be done in writing, in which case the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
1.3 All rights and claims, as in these conditions and any further agreements for Urcosmetics.com  are stipulated, are also stipulated for by Urcosmetics.com  intermediaries and other third parties.

2. Agreement
2.1 An agreement is only after acceptance of your order Urcosmetics.com  is entitled to refuse orders or attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless otherwise specified. If an order is not accepted, Urcosmetics.com  this within seven (7) days after receipt of order.

3. Prices / Offers
3.1 For all offers Urcosmetics.com reserves the right to change prices, especially when based on (legal) regulations.

4. Returns

4.1 All items can within 7 days of receipt be returned. It is emphatically that the sealing / packaging of the articles should be unbroken and intact. This is according to the Distance Selling Act. If this aspect is not respected, we can't unfortunately take back the items and return  your payment.

4.2 You are required to verify that the items delivered to your home to meet the order. If not, then you can within 7 days notify us by e-mail at write_us@urcosmetics.com mentioning the order number in the subject of your email, and a clear explanation why the item does not meet your order. Urcosmetics.com  will replace the item or return your payment if you do not accept the item on valid reasons.

4.3 In the unlikely event that you sent an article that does not comply with the order Urcosmetics.com  retains the right to replace the item with a new one or return the amount paid. Urcosmetics.com  takes in this case the return shipping costs accounted for.

4. 4 If you return something, follow these steps:Send an e-mail to write_me@Urcosmetics.com  l so we expect your shipment. NOTE: Indicate in the subject line of your e-mail the order you want to return.Pack the items so that damage is avoided.

 
5. Payments

6. Delivery
6.1 by Urcosmetics.com  delivery times are only indicative. Late delivery does not entitle you to compensation or the right to cancel your order or the agreement, unless the delay in delivery is such that you can not reasonably be expected that the agreement intact. You are then entitled to cancel the order or the agreement to dissolve the extent necessary.
6.2 Delivery of the products will take place within 5 workdays

7. Ownership
7.1 The ownership of products is transferred only when all you under any agreement Urcosmetics.com  owe is paid. The risk in respect of the products at the time of delivery to you

8. Complaints and liability
8.1 You have the obligation to determine whether the products meet the agreement. If this is not the case, make contact with Urcosmetics.com  as soon as possible and in any event within three (3) days after delivery, or after observation reasonably possible, in writing and sufficient detail.
8.2 If it is demonstrated that the products do not meet the agreement, you can mail us.
8.3 If you have a product for whatever reason do not wish to purchase, you have the right product within seven (7) days after delivery to return Urcosmetics.com . Returns are only accepted if the product and original packaging undamaged, also applies that the costs for returns are at your expense.
